Power Plant Detailed Engineering services : Design piping systems based on ASME B 31.1 & B 31.3 requirements coupled with good engineering practices to deliver the following project deliverables:

Pipe Stress & Flexibility Analysis :
Piping stress / flexibility analysis of new and existing plant systems are carried out to ensure the code compliance as per the requirement of ASME B31.1 & B31.3 and other customer specific requirements. We also verify that Piping loads acting on rotating equipment are within the allowable of API 610, NEEMA SM23 etc. as applicable. We design necessary piping supports & submit required support schedule.
Piping Support Design : 
- We design/select piping supports for new & existing systems. Supports include constant spring supports, variable spring supports, shock absorbers, energy absorbers, rigid struts, restraints & other required piping supports.- We design and submit detail drawings with BOM.- The inputs are taken from the piping stress analysis reports & customer’s strength & technical specifications.- We use any piping supplier’s software for generating the necessary drawing files.
Structural Analysis : 
We carryout structural analysis of rotating equipment Base frames, Primary & Secondary supporting structures etc. by using applicable software and modify, if required and ensure the stresses & deformations are within the allowable.
FEM Analysis :
We carryout FEM Analysis of equipments like Steam turbines, condensers, atmospheric tanks, heat exchangers, bellows, critical piping supports, etc. & recommend necessary modifications to ensure the stresses & deformations are within the allowable.
Vibration Measurement & Analysis
Vibration & Noise Measurement, analysis and Balancing of Rotors at Project Site
- Vibration and Noise Measurements and Analysis- High precision non-contact Vibration Measurements using Laser head sensor- Dynamic Balancing of Rotors at site- Natural Frequency Testing (NFT) / Modal Analysis of Turbine blades,  Generator End Windings, Bearing Pedestals etc.- Torsion Measurements- Rotor Dynamic studies for bearing rotor Analysis ARMD / XL Rotor software.- Strength and FEA calculation by using ANSYS / NISA FEA software.
