Metal Additive Manufacturing or Metal 3D Printing as it is commonly known, is a revolutionary technology which produces functional components layer by layer using 3D-CAD data as the input. This technology can produce parts with complex geometries unimaginable to be produced with other technologies.
Among the available few types of Metal AM processes, we utilize the most widely used and reliable process of Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) to manufacture parts.
In addition to Metal 3D Printing, we have in-house CNC Machining and CMM Inspection capabilities thus providing end to end manufacturing solutions.
Application Categories: Metal 3D Printing, Product Prototyping Services, Raping Prototyping.
We concentrate on providing an end to end solution for customers by using advanced techniques like 3D Metal Printing, Multiaxis CNC Machining and reverse Engineering, We believe this additive manufacturing in changing the way a product design in approached, giuly rise to various new possibilities in a smaller lead time.
Additive Manufacturing, better known as 3D Printing, is a technology that uses 3D CAD data to produce three-dimensional parts layer by layer from a material, be it polymer or metal based. The technology works best for functional prototypes, complex designs and is now being used for the production of series components for the most demanding applications. It is a design- driven manufacturing process where design determines production and not the other way round, enabling production of multiple versions of a single design in a cost- effective manner.
Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) is a 3D printing process that builds fully functional metal prototypes and production parts by using a wide range of metal powders. The strengths of DMLS lie in those areas where conventional manufacturing reaches its limitations, allowing for manufacturing highly complex structures which can still be extremely light and stable, thus opening gates to produce parts that seemed impossible a few years ago.
